Three Palms Oasis

Welcome to The Three Palms Oasis Cottage. This six bedroom four bath home is located on Saint Simons Island and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with queen beds one bathroom with shower, living area and efficiency kitchen. Both bedrooms and living area have flatscreen televisions. To access these rooms you must go through pool gate to the rear of home and through the back doors off of pool area. There is a covered outdoor living area with eating table for six and plenty of seating for the whole family.

To access the second floor you must go up a flight of stairs. The main living/ dining area consist of plenty of seating around a 65 in. flatscreen television with surround sound. There is a dining area that seats six at table the an eating bar with seating for three. The kitchen is well equipped with all stainless appliances including a gas stove top. Off the kitchen you have a screened porch and door that leads to grilling area.  There are three bedrooms on this level. The master has a queen bed with ocean views, and bathroom with shower/ tub combo. The first guest bedroom is situated with a queen bed and shares a bathroom with shower with the bunk room that has a full bed on bottom with a twin bed on top. All three bedrooms on this level are situated with flat screen televisions. 

Down the back stairs you will find the pool area. Around the pool you have several lounge chairs and a outdoor eating/ relaxing area. The pool and spa can be heated during those colder times for $45.00 per day. Out back you will also find the guest cottage. This cottage has a efficiency kitchen, small dining area, bedroom situated with a queen bed, bathroom with double vanity sink and shower / tub combo. The bedroom is also equipped with a large flat screen television.

This home is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, fishing pier, putt putt, light house and our local village area. Three Palms is sure to be a family favorite that you will want to come back to year after year.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.

 Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
