A cozy and comfortable beach -side cottage, in a desirable neighborhood just 50 feet from the 7th street beach access on East Beach. Life is perfect here, the tides of the Atlantic ocean are calling to you! The abundant wildlife is wonderful for birders and those who just want to slow down and enjoy nature. St Simons is known for its beauty, its convenience and the wide array of casual to fine dining and seaside shopping. The Saint Simons Village offers a beautiful pier for fishing, a historic lighthouse and museum where you can get to know the area even better and the Neptune Park water park that the kids will love! Fun for the adults doesn’t end at dusk, there’s plenty of nightlife for those looking to to extend their day. Other St. Simons historic sites of interest are Fort Frederica and the World War II Coast Guard Station and Museum.
Want to make the island even more accessible? Golf carts and bicycles are readily available for rent and are an easy way to get around. Boating, golf, kayaking and fishing tours and guides are popular activities.
Sea Suite Cottage is a classic East Beach cottage that has been renovated and now offers 5 bedrooms/5 full bathrooms (2 Master Rooms-1 on the Main floor, 1 on the 2nd floor) appointed with everything you need for a great time at St. Simons. Private pool and ample parking for up to 5 cars. The home includes a home office for comfortable remote working. There are TV’s in all bedrooms.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**
Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
