Brand new home located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods on Saint Simons. The Ohana Cottage is located on Second Street East Beach. This home has six bedrooms and five and one half baths. On the first floor you will find a large living area with plenty of seating and a large screen television. The dining area is situated with seating for ten and eating bar for four. The kitchen has all stainless appliances including wall oven, microwave, gas stove top, large refrigerator and an under the counter ice maker. Off of the kitchen there is a screened porch with seating for six. Great place to read a book, enjoy that morning cup of coffee, afternoon cocktails or just sit and watch the children playing in the pool.
Also located on the first floor are two master suites situated with king beds along with a third bedroom that also has a king bed. On the second floor there are three other guest rooms two of which have queens and the third has a bunk with a full on the bottom and twin on the top.
Back outside, the front yard is covered in astroturf, perfect for children and outdoor activities. Outside you will also find a large pool area with tropical vegetation, plenty of seating and also a heated spa, perfect for relaxing after those long days at the beach.
The Ohana Cottage is a block and a half off the beach. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the beach. This cottage is ten minutes by car from shops, restaurants, airport and grocery store or jump on one of the islands bike paths and be at any of these locations in fifteen to twenty minutes.
This home is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**
Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.
