Northern Belle

** No Spring break groups are allowed. The person renting this home must be present during the entire stay.**

We are delighted to now offer The Northern Belle Cottage located on Coast Cottage Lane, one of the best vacation spots on St. Simons Island. Coast Cottage Lane has been featured on HGTV and numerous times in Coastal Magazine. 

Northern Belle is a delightful cottage with high ceilings, nautical antiques, floor to ceiling bookcases, four bedrooms with three private baths, washer/dryer, cable tv and internet. Neighborhood amenities include two private heated swimming pools and a private beach entrance to a sun deck and pavilion.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a full bath and is located on the second floor off the kitchen/ living area. Bedroom two has two queen beds and a full bath with two vanities. Bedroom three has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with bedroom number four. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunks. These bunks have full beds on the bottom with twin beds on top.

Northern Belle has a wonderful kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances and a brand-new cappuccino/espresso machine.  It has a breakfast counter that seats six and a large dining table that seats eight.

The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and a 52-inch flatscreen with surround sound. All of this and just a short stroll from your front door to the pool and beach!

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golfcart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of our local islands chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these sesrvices will need a 7 to 10 day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. **This service needs a 48 hour advance notice

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
