The home is situated with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master and a queen in the guest room. There are two bathrooms both with walk in in showers. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new stainless appliances. There is a large flat screen television in the living room along with both bedrooms. The back yard is fenced in and is surrounded by tropical plants and oak trees. There is a rear deck that has seating for four along with a propane grill. The house sits on a very quiet dead end street. This is the perfect cottage for two to four people and will be one of your favorites for years to come.

 Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**
