You will most likely find yourself sitting on your private balcony with your favorite beverage enjoying the sounds and views of the ocean. Take advantage of the buildings private pool, whirlpool and grilling area. You will also enjoy all of the amenities that the hotel offers to all of their guest including use of the hotel pool. This unit has never been in the rental pool and you will make this well decorated and wonderfully appointed home your home away from home. Park your car and walk to three of St. Simons best seafood restaurants. Guest will enjoy full access to all King and Prince Resort amenities. For those who have never visited historic Saint Simons Island, it was voted #1 in Travel+Leisure's poll for America's Favorite Beach Towns! Check in is no hassle and on site. 

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golfcart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of our local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a 7 to 10 day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. **This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap

Perfect location

This property was very clean and had all the necessary information and materials needed for a home away from home feel. Everything worked accurately and the space is perfect for a family who wants to stay in or go out. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping as well as steps from the beach.
