*** Brand new to the rental market November 2020*** This newly remodeled condo is a first floor ocean front unit located at the King & Prince Beach and Golf resort South Villas. This unit has been totally renovated and is one of if not the top unit at the resort. The kitchen is situated with brand new stainless appliances and quartz counter tops. There is an eating bar with 2 bar stools and a dining room table that seats six. The living area has plenty of seating with a large 55 in flat screen located above the gas fire place. *The gas fireplace is for looks only and cannot be lit.* From the living area, guest bedroom and master bedroom you have beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom is situated with a king bed, flat screen television, double vanity sink and walk in shower.  Guest bedroom #1 has a king bed, flatscreen television and shower/ tub combination. Guest bedroom #2 has two queen beds, flatscreen television and a shower/ tub combination. From this unit you are able to walk out of the sliding door to the gate that leads you directly down to the beach. This is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.

Unit# 147 participates in the King & Prince Guest Amenities Program, so guests get cards to access the King & Prince facilities right next door, as well as the golf course.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services we offer for an additional cost include bike rentals, golfcart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of our local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a 7 to 10 day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**
