Welcome to King and Prince unit #259. This three bedroom three bath condominium has everything your family will need during your stay. The rear porch over looks the pool and has beautiful ocean views. Access to the south pool, beach and main pool area is just a short walk. This unit offers the King and Prince aminities package which means you have full access to tennis, golf course, the main hotel pool, outside bar, hotel restaurant and bar. This property is sure to be a family favorite for years to come. 

 Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services we offer for an additional cost include bike rentals, golfcart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of our local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a 7 to 10 day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Each of our properties comes with the following

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
