Home Again

Home Again is a 6 bedroom, 4 bath home that has been totally renovated. The bathrooms and kitchen have been totally updated as well as new paint and refinished hardwood floors. The spacious open floor plan is great for large families to gather yet this house has plenty of space to "get away" and enjoy your favorite book. 

The living room has plenty of seating and includes a large flat screen over the new tabby fireplace.  Also a game table to sit and put together that favorite puzzle. The living area is open to a large dining room with a custom made 10 foot dining table to seat large families and guests. Also, an original ships wheel over 100 years old adds a cozy nautical feel. 

Updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and farm sink. Jalousie windows throughout are  great for enjoying ocean breezes and the outdoors. 

Two bedrooms downstairs, one with 2 single beds and one with a queen, share a large updated bathroom complete with a large shower and shiplap walls.

Upstairs the master with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 queen beds, both share a large bath with shower/tub combo. Over the garage is a 6th bedroom/bonus room with sitting area and 2 single beds, with private bath. 

All bedrooms have TVs, also a TV in the kitchen.

The spacious yard has two slate patios, great for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon breezes. A table for 6 and a table for 4, along with a charcoal grill for the perfect outdoor meal. 

Many details were given to make Home Again the perfect family retreat so that you enjoy a great vacation. A stocked book case in the upstairs hallway, with many favorite classics, is available so feel free to borrow a book and enjoy while visiting Home Again. 

The comfortable beach decor will make you feel right at home and want to make this your "Home Again" for years to come.

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolly tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a 7-10 day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. **This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**
