(This property shares a gated fence with VRBO listing #. Book both for additional room, family gatherings or groups of friends. The two spaces together provide quite a comfortable sanctuary!)

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation a true vacation and as stress free as possible. We are now offering a service that will do just that. We like to call it one stop shopping. Let us bundle a vacation pakage for you and your guest. Services that we can offer for an additional charge so that you can enjoy your stay include bike rentals, golfcart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the islands local chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. "While you're at the shore, we're at the store"
