While the guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located on the second floor.Totally renovated kitchen with all stainless appliances and fully equipped with everything that you will need for your stay. There are two sunroom sitting areas located on the first floor. Along with a screened in porch on the rear and an open porch off of the guest bedroom complete with a twin size bed swing. The front gate leads to the outside shower for those coming in from a long day at the beach. The backyard area speaks for itself. This area will be perfect for entertaining. There is an outside bar with swings for seats. And a fire pit with four seats for those cooler nights. There is also a flat screen tv that will be perfect for those who want to watch the game while sitting around the fire pit. This home is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, fishing pier and putt putt. The Conched Out Cottage is sure to be a favorite and will book fast. So make your reservations today.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**
Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**
