There is also a stairway that takes you all the way down to the pool deck.

• Bedrooms: Seven, first level you have guest room one and two, both situated with queen beds. Second floor is the master and it has a king bed with 32. On the third level is where you will find the four remaining bedrooms. Guest room three has a twin bunk with twin on the bottom and twin on the top along with a trundle that also has a twin on the bottom and a twin on the top. Guest room four is situated with a twin trundle. Guest room five has a queen and guest room 6 has a king.
• Baths: Six and one half, guest bathroom 1 has a single vanity sink with tub/ shower combo. Guest bathroom 2 has a single vanity sink and walk in shower. Second level off kitchen is where you will find a half bath. Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and walk in shower. Guest bathroom three located in bunk room has a single vanity sink with tub/ shower combo. Guest bathroom four single vanity sink with tub/ shower combo. And guest bathroom five has single vanity sink with walk in shower.
• Kitchen: Is situated with a very large side by side stainless refrigerator/ freezer, Keurig coffee pot, double sink gas stove top and oven, large eating bar for four, eating table for four and large pantry. There is a large dining table off of kitchen that seats eight.
• Living Rooms: There are three living areas, one on each floor and a sitting room for six with desk on second level. First floor living area has seating for eight, 52 in flat screen tv, ping pong table and eating bar for three. Living area second level has seating for five and 72 in flat screen television. And the living room on the third floor has a large couch, sitting chair and 82 in
• Garage: Guest will have access to one side but, not for car parking.
• Roof Deck: Roof deck is off limits to guests.
• Laundry: There are two laundry areas available. The first is off the kitchen area and the second is off the living on the third level.
• Electronics: Flatscreen televisions in all three living areas and master bedroom. Wifi throughout home.
