Cameron Chase Cottage

Welcome to the newly renovated in 2022 Cameron Chase Cottage! This seven bedroom and six and one half bathroom has been totally renovated as of Janruary 2023. This home has everything a larger family will need during their stay. The home has three levels with multiple porches, three living areas on each floor, large kitchen and dining room and a private pool that can be heated for $75.00 per day or $400.00 for the week.

The first level has two bedrooms with two full baths. A large living area with plenty of seating, ping pong table and large flatscreen tv. There are sliding doors to access pool and grilling area. The second floor has a large sitting area, dining room, half bath, sitting area with desk, large kitchen, eating area, living area, master bedroom with full bath and a screened porch with sitting area.

The third level has three guest rooms and three full baths. There is a fourth guest room with a trundle for two. Also located on this floor is another living area with large flat screen tv and an open air porch.

All three levels can access the back stair way that will take you from the pool deck to the third floor and back down. The pool area has enough room to entertain after those long days on the beach.

This home is located in 15th Street East Beach. You actually have ocean views from the front yard and second level porch. At night you can hear the waves crashing on the beach from any of the outside porches.

This home is a short walk to the beach and less than a five minute car ride to some of the best restaurants on the island.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golfcart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of our local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a 7 to 10 day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. **This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Decks: Pool deck has covered area with gas grill, eating table for six and four lounging chairs.
Game Room/Play Things: Ping pong table
Porch: Main living area off of kitchen has screened porch with two eating tables that seat four each and stairway to pool area and upper floor. Front porch off of sitting area on second floor has two rockers. Open air porch on rear of home on the third level. This area is situated with an eating table for four and a bed swing. There is also a stairway that takes you all the way down to the pool deck.

Maximum Number of Guests: Sixteen
Bedrooms: Seven, first level you have guest room one and two, both situated with queen beds. Second floor is the master and it has a king bed with 32. On the third level is where you will find the four remaining bedrooms. Guest room three has a twin bunk with twin on the bottom and twin on the top along with a trundle that also has a twin on the bottom and a twin on the top. Guest room four is situated with a twin trundle. Guest room five has a queen and guest room 6 has a king.
Baths: Six and one half, guest bathroom 1 has a single vanity sink with tub/ shower combo. Guest bathroom 2 has a single vanity sink and walk in shower. Second level off kitchen is where you will find a half bath. Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and walk in shower. Guest bathroom three located in bunk room has a single vanity sink with tub/ shower combo. Guest bathroom four single vanity sink with tub/ shower combo. And guest bathroom five has single vanity sink with walk in shower.
Kitchen: Is situated with a very large side by side stainless refrigerator/ freezer, Keurig coffee pot, double sink gas stove top and oven, large eating bar for four, eating table for four and large pantry. There is a large dining table off of kitchen that seats eight.
Living Rooms: There are three living areas, one on each floor and a sitting room for six with desk on second level. First floor living area has seating for eight, 52 in flat screen tv, ping pong table and eating bar for three. Living area second level has seating for five and 72 in flat screen television. And the living room on the third floor has a large couch, sitting chair and 82 in
Garage: Guest will have access to one side but, not for car parking.
Roof Deck: Roof deck is off limits to guests.
Laundry: There are two laundry areas available. The first is off the kitchen area and the second is off the living on the third level.
Electronics: Flatscreen televisions in all three living areas and master bedroom. Wifi throughout home.
