Beach Walker Cottage

The Beach Walker Cottage is brand new to the vacation rental market on Saint Simons Island, Ga. Location, Location, Location just a short walk to everything you and your family will want to do while visiting Saint Simons Island.
As you walk up the front stairs on to the porch you will find a swing and love seat. This is a perfect area to read a book, enjoy that morning cup of coffee or enjoy the cool evenings with your favorite cocktail while listening to some of the local music that is being played nearby. Once inside the front door you will notice your spacious living/ dining area. In the living area you will find a sofa, another sofa that turns into a bed, a couple of sitting chairs, large flatscreen television and half bath. There is a dining table that seats six and an eating bar that will seat five. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless appliances including a under counter ice maker located below the island. Across from the kitchen there is a hallway where you will find the washer and dryer and entrance to the roomy master that is situated with a beautiful king bed, flat screen television, oversized tub, walk in shower, double vanity sink and large walk in closet.
Thru the back glass doors you will find a roomy back porch with sitting chairs and your very own private pool. This pool is 3ft deep and 20ft by 20ft. Perfect for relaxing after those long days at the beach. Pool can be heated for $75.00 per day or $300.00 for the week. Around the pool there are three very nice lounge chairs for sunbathing. You will also find a table for four and large gas grill. The outside shower located to the right of guest house will come in handy when returning from the beach.
Located in the rear is the two bedroom guest house with efficiency kitchen and small living area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen tv and full bathroom. There is a small living area between the two bedrooms that is situated with two sitting/ sleeping pieces of furniture with a wall mounted flat screen tv. The kitchen area has a sink, coffee maker, small fridge and microwave.
The Beach Walker Cottage is located in the heart of our local village area. The cottage sits on Ocean Blvd and is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, fishing pier, putt putt, light house and numerous shops and boutiques. This home will surely be a family favorite for years to come.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**
Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Fun family getaway in a great spot
This house was the perfect setup for our family of 4. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The private pool is an added bonus. We loved being able to walk to shopping and dining. Wonderful restaurants within walking (and driving distance.) Renting bikes and golf cart from nearby rental place add even more fun. Check in and out were a breeze. Communication was also good. Would stay here again and recommend.

Lovely Beach Home
The home is lovely. It was clean and beautifully appointed. It is an older home that has been renovated, so the main house has a bit of an old home smell to it but we spent most of our time poolside or enjoying the island. The house was well stocked though I did bring some of my own linens for comfort. The guest house was perfect for our three kids to have space for themselves. TV's and bathrooms for everyone! The pool was a welcome respite when we weren't at the beach. Loved that we could walk the short distance to public access and not load up and drive to get there. Proximity to the Village was great as well. We walked to the Porch for dinner one evening and for Frose' the next night as well! Benji was a pleasant and responsive host. No major issues but we met him when he came to check the pool. We would certainly return or explore any of the properties that Benji owns.

Great Location
Great cottage in the middle of town. We have a great time enjoying the pool and being close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops.

Fabulous home close to the village and beach!
What an amazing home! The location, the decor, the spaces, the pool, everything you need in a beach home. So close to the village- steps away from shopping and restaurants. A short couple of blocks to the beach- we walked or used our golf cart rental to go everyday. Front porch swing with my coffee every morning. The teenagers had a blast having their own space in the pool house- it was perfect. TV's in every room. All of the furnishings and beds were very comfy. The owner's and manager were super quick to check in and respond with the minor questions we had. Would highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back!
