Barefoot Breeze Bungalow

The Barefoot Breeze Bungalow is brand new to the vacation rental market as of 4/25/18. This cottage is a four bedroom, three bath beach cottage within walking distance to restaurants, shops, putt putt, historical downtown Saint Simons and one of the best beaches on the island. As you drive up, you will see the front porch with rockers, great for that early morning coffee or quiet evenings listening to waves. There is a gated entrance on the side of the porch that leads to the back yard area where you will find a corn hole game, back deck, sitting area, outside shower, fire pit, swing built for two, a tree house complete with rope and ladder and a cook out area with a gas/ charcoal grill. This area is sure to be a favorite for entertaining family and friends. Inside the front door you will find one of two living areas. This is great for those nights you want the children to have their own space. Their are two sofas, one which folds out into a sleeper sofa. There is also a large flatscreen tv mounted on the fire place. As you walk around the fireplace you will enter the dining area. There is a table with two chairs and two benches, seating for 6. In the hallway there are three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen area has a small eating bar for two and a second family room with yet another large flatscreen tv. Off of the second living area you will find the fourth bedroom and the spacious washer and dryer area. The Barefoot Breeze Bungalow is sure to be a favorite vacation home for your family for years to come.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels

2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom

This property exceeded our expectations. I have stayed in a lot of beach houses, and this was definitely a nicer one. The listing was completely accurate, and we do enjoyed being in the neighborhood, taking walks everywhere with the kids. The tree house out back is epic and so is the shower :) Benji was very helpful! A few have noted the dogs and yes, there are dogs in the adjacent unit, but honestly we didn’t notice. The house is very large with plenty of private areas. Can’t stress enough the location and how central it was to food, the best beach, and shaded streets. Will definitely be back!
