Located on the South end of the island St. Simons Pier Village area serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining, and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the inlet you'll find the light house and museum, Neptune Park with ocean side pool, playground, minature golf course, fishing pier, public library and an oak shaded picnic area.
This home is just a short bike ride from grocery stores, restaurants, museums, boutique shops, putt putt and the beach. This is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**
Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Each of our properties comes with the following
Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.

Everyone - from the kids ranging in age from 8 - 17 to their great-grandma - loved the house and the pool! Best location for us as well, within easy walking distance of the pier village with lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream and the pier/waterfront playground and park area. In addition, there’s a park across the street from the house that has a great playground and a full basketball court and tennis and pickle ball courts. We drove to East Beach one day which was only 6 minutes away and it is a lovely sand beach with lifeguards, bathrooms and free parking. The house itself is huge - way bigger than we realized. We cooked in the huge kitchen almost every night and loved the double ovens and extra stove eyes. I think the main thing everyone kept commenting on is how quiet the house is. No one ever woke anyone else up - the bedrooms are well laid out and the walls are super thick apparently. Oh and the AC was nice and cold too. We will definitely be back! 5/5 Excellent KEN H. Bedroom set up was great. No shortage of bathrooms. Lots of hang out space from the front porch to the living kitchen area to the back enclosure. Kitchen had all you needed. Washing and dryer came in handy. Enough room for everyone to sit for meals. Loved the breakfast seating. The backyard was a great place to hang out and relax. Pool was awesome. Grand babies loved swimming. Close to the town you can walk. Splash park was a walk away. The light house was a thrill for the grand kids. Only 129 stairs lol. It is so beautiful and cozy and fit our group of 12 + 2 dogs perfectly. We made lasting memories on our multi-generational family vacay. It was out first time to this island and it was perfect as well. Close to the village, close to the beach, everyone enjoyed the pool and was excited that it was much deeper than it looked. We have zero complaints and only 1 suggestion. There were only 2 Sun loungers. The addition of 2 more would be nice when you have a bunch of girls. We hope to stay again soon! My siblings and I decided to surprise our mom for her 70th bday by doing a vacation together with her. This house was perfect for our large family. Every family had plenty of space to share the room with their kids and was large enough for everyone to have their own hang out spot. The upstairs loft was amazing to have for us as our two young ones woke up early so we were able to let them play quietly in there without disturbing anyone. It was not clear in the photos but there is a full size freezer the size of a refrigerator in addition to a regular full size refrigerator. The home is situated within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and beach but is off the busy street to give a laid back neighborhood feel. Lovely and well taken care of home that is much larger than it looks! One woman came to check on the pool and when I emailed late at night asking for a later check out time I got a response within 15 minutes! So the only thing that could have been better was a little bit later check out time of 11 instead of 10 but I really appreciated the speedy response when it was after midnight. Great floor plan, comfortable, beautifully decorated, lots of space to breathe for everyone, private and comfortable back yard with pool (heated for a fee and was perfect). Location is spot-on; walkable to the Pier Village, close to parks (even for the dog!). We prefer the East Beach beaches and typically stay in that area, but we rented a golf cart (highly recommend) to take us to and fro and much preferred being closer to town in this home and amazing neighborhood. We gathered this year to celebrate the second birthday of our son. This home was exactly how the pictures have portrayed it to be. It was warm, inviting and well stocked. It had pretty much everything we wanted in a vacation rental - all the kitchen appliances we needed, plenty of entertainment spaces (TVs in pretty much every room), board games to choose from, a cute backyard with a solid fire pit and a pool (that was heated for an extra charge). All the beds were very comfortable as well. Rooms were spaced out from each other which allowed for plenty of privacy. The check-in process was easy. Everything in the home was very clean and the beach decor was beautifully done. We enjoyed every gathering areas of the home... and there were many.. the front porch was wonderful. The kitchen was our favorite part of the house... we could cook and hang out on the huge island! We did find many great restaurants as well. The back yard with pool, fire pit, grill was perfect and private. If I had to suggest anything to improve it would be the mattresses on the twin beds... you could feel the springs very uncomfortable for the kids. The other beds were great! The host, Bill Bradley was wonderful! Anything we called about he was quick to respond and help in any way! I would highly recommend this home!!
