Beautiful home located on East Beach and first year on the rental market. This is one of the most sought after vacation spots on the island. This home has four bedrooms and five and one half bathrooms. There are three living areas two on the first level and one on the second. 

The master is located on the first level and the three guest rooms are located on the second. There are two large covered porches both over looking the pool with sitting areas and tv's. The porch on the second level is where you will find the ping pong table. 

The home is short walk to the beach and is less than 10 minutes by car to restaurants, shops, grocery store, fishing pier and historic sites. 

The owners of this property have left nothing out. This is sure to be a family favorite for years to come. 

** During the Summer season there is a seven night minimum. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.**

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**
