By Car:
We are about 5 hours from Atlanta and 1 hour from Savannah or Jacksonville.
By Commercial Airplane:
Delta Connection flys to the Brunswick, Georgia, Golden Isles Airport which is about ten minutes from our homes. Savannah and Jacksonville, Florida, are both about an hour by car from St. Simons and have the largest nearby commercial airports.
By Private Airplane:
Private aircraft use McKinnon Airport on St. Simons Island.
Rental cars are available at all four airports.
From the North, take I-95 South to Exit 38 at Brunswick, GA. Go East (left) on Spur 25 for about 10 minutes to Highway 17. Go South (right) on Highway 17 for about ten minutes to the F.J. Torras Causeway (get in the far left lane for the turn). Go East (left) on the F.J. Torras Causeway. Drive past the Marina and immediately veer right onto Kings Way. Kings Way will change into Ocean Boulevard. (If you miss this turn, go right at the light onto Sea Island Road and it will run into Kings Way.) Go 3.8 miles to the stop sign and turn right onto East Beach Causeway. Take your first right at the Old Coast Guard Station onto Wood Avenue and drive into Coast Cottages.
From the South, take I-95 North to Exit # 29 near Brunswick, GA. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp. for about 10 minutes and go over the Sidney Lanier Bridge. Continue another few minutes until you reach the F.J. Torras Causeway (watch for the signs).Turn right on the F.J. Torras Causeway and cross over the Marshes of Glynn to St. Simons Island. Drive past the Marina and immediately veer right onto Kings Way. You are now on St. Simons Island.

If your home is in Coast Cottages, once you are on the island, take the following directions:
Once past the marina, veer right onto Kings Way. Kings Way will change into Ocean Boulevard. (If you miss this turn, go right at the first light onto Sea Island Road and it will run into Kings Way.)
