Cypress Villa is a four-bedroom, four and a half bath multi-level home, with ample space for family gatherings and areas for privacy as well. Two living areas provide for separate entertainment, each beautifully furnished. The main living area is large and open with a living room, large gourmet kitchen and dining area. The second living room, located on the second level is surrounded by three bedrooms and is a welcome retreat to relax and read or watch a movie. The master bedroom is very private, located on it's own floor, complete with a study.
Enjoy ocean views, sunsets and stunning views of the marshes on the two level rooftop deck complete with teak furniture. Each level of the Villa has a porch, located on the north side allowing for a shaded outdoor space to enjoy the warm breezes and ocean view.
