Palm Villa, in a gated beach side community, sleeps 12- 14 and is a newly decorated ocean view home with elevator and private heated plunge pool. With two dens, each with working gas fireplaces, Palm is perfect for families with kids. The adults can enjoy the lavish great room while the kids can hang out in the second floor den.
The master bedroom suite and gorgeous master bath are on the top floor with sitting area and private deck.
Three of the five bedrooms are located adjacent to the den on the second floor. Each has its own private bath. A sleeper sofa in the den allows you to increase your group from 12 to 14. The fifth bedroom with double bed is located on the top floor next to the master bath. This room is great for two young children who can share the master bath with their parents.
The private plunge pool in the lush gardens is shaded and can be heated at your option anytime you wish.
