Beachview Cottage is the home that Governor Sonny Perdue and his wife stayed at when visiting St. Simons Island.

Beautifully decorated throughout, the inviting living and dining areas are light and airy offering panoramic views from almost every vantage point. These are inviting spaces for entertaining and socializing with fellow guests, family and friends.  
Your choice of three uniquely decorated, well-appointed rooms and suites provide the ultimate in luxury and privacy. Each offers full private bath, large walk-in closet and a host of amenities for your convenience. Some  feature a private balcony overlooking either our rear courtyard or full view of the St. Simons Sound, Jekyll Island, Cumberland Island, and beyond.


Beach chairs, bicycles and helmets are but a few of the extra little touches guests find useful and pleasurable.

Downstairs, the Theatre media room offers a cozy place to enjoy our 78"  TV, a quiet place for reading or an intimate setting for entertaining.
 The theater room is very large and has two sets of bunks in the rear that allow it to be used as a fourth bedroom.

- 2 night  minimum in Fall and Winter,
- 3 night minimum in Spring,
- 3 night minimum during holidays and GA/FL week.
